3.Service ambient condition ofZW30-40.5 Outdoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker
a. Altitude height: ≤3000m;
b. Ambient temperature: -40C~+40°C;
c. Ambient air may polluted with dust, smoke, corrosion gas, steam and salty fog. The pollution grade can't
beyond II grade of GB/T5582 when altitude is in 3000m, pollution grade may reach IV grade of GB/T5582 when
altitude ≤1000m;
d. Wind speed: ≤34m/s (correspond to exterior of column 700Pa )
e. Vibration and earthquake come from out of the product may ignored.

4. Maintenance and repair for ZW30-40.5 Outdoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker
a. ZW30-40.5 Outdoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker and operation mechanism should be checked and lubricated termly to avoid rusting.
b. Check if screws and nuts of each part are flexible every 2000 times operation, if it is flexible, it should be screwed down in time.
c. Vacuum arc extinguish room enclosure should not stand with the force beyond 1000N and obvious pull force can't effected when & after installation.
d. Prohibit firm object (as tool) to impact insulation porcelain tube to avoid gas leakage and effecting insulation.
