ZW 32-12(24)Outdoor HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Hereinafter called as circuit break) is an outdoor distribution equipment of rated voltage 12kV, 50Hz AC three-phase. It is mainly used to break or make the load current, over load current and short-circuit current in power system and also is suitable in substations and industrial enterprises for protecting and controlling the distribution systems, especially in countryside electric net and places of frequent operations. This product meets the requirements of rebuilding city and country electric nets.

3. Feature And Application of ZW 32-12(24)Outdoor HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker
ZW 32-12(24)Outdoor HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker uses the latest international design concept and epoxy resin encapsulated silicone rubber APG insulation technology as welll as precision processing technology. The technology is in the domestic
leading level.
The features are as follows:
1.The product adopts three phase pillar structure, compact design, stable and reliable breaking performance, no fire and explosion hazards, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.
2. The circuit breaker can be equipped with integrated disconnector, and has reliable mechanical interlock between disconnector and circuit breakers, to prevent misoperation.
3. The circuit breaker is fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, high anti-moisture, anti-condensation propertes specially suitable for cold or wet areas.
4. Three- phase column and CT are adopted imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation material casting. It has the features of high temperature resistance, UV resistance, anti-aging characteristics, and it can ensure long-term outdoor safety.
5 The circuit breaker uses the small size spring operation mechanism, low energy consumption during open-close. lts transmission adopts direct drive method, and less open-close parts, high relability. lts operation mechanism is sealed in the mechanical box ,which solves problem of switch parts so as to improve the reliability of circuit breaker.
6. The open-close operation of the circuit breaker can use manual operation, and motor operation. It can be equipped with controller to realize distribution automatization as well as combined with recloser controller as automatic recloser.
7. The ZW 32-12(24)Outdoor HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker can be equipped with two-phase, three- phase and zero-sequence CT to provide data analysis for over current automatic release protection and smart controller.
