1. Product Introduction

ZHW2-12 type outdoor AC HV Metal-clad Ring Main Unit (hereafter referred to as outdoor RMU) is suitable for outdoor power distribution network on the cable incoming and outgoing line with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV. ZHW2-12 type outdoor AC HV Metal-clad Ring Main Unit is widely used in industrial park, residential area or business center. As the switchgear for ring network power supply and terminal power supply, ZHW2-12 type outdoor AC HV Metal-clad Ring Main Unit can open and close the current, and cut the short circuit by fuse, is especially suitable for maintenance free, high degree of automation power grid. Using outdoor RMU instead of regular switching station, can greatly reduce the outgoing cable and covering area, reduce the cost, improve the reliability of power supply, and also reduce the power loss.

3. Product Feature And Application

There are two kinds of structural forms.

a. One is outdoor ring main unit equipped with vacuum circuit breaker and vacuum load switch produced by company. The products are made of stainless steel plate. There are flexible rotating doors at the incoming and outgoing ends (from bottom to up to open the door, from up to bottom to close the door or side door type). After opening the door, we can see the incoming and outgoing line unit and operation unit of ring main unit. The incoming and outgoing line unit is connected by cable connector and bush, the bush is fixed below the operation panel, which is easy to connect to cable. Operating mechanism is fixed on the panel, which is easy to operation. The main body is composed of a vacuum load switch and vacuum circuit breaker, and they are used as control and protection equipment of incoming and outgoing line. Combination method can be based on the user's specific needs, the typical program is two incoming two outgoing (composed of four main switches). At the same time, it can also be configured with current transformers, voltage transformers, lightning arrester and other components for measurement and protection.

b. Another structural form of outdoor ring main unit with imported SF6 ring main unit, the structure characteristics of product:

1. Compact structure, small size, small occupation area, the body adopts the composite plate, and the top cover adopts glazed tiles, that is elegant.

2. Internal use of Germany imported SF6 compact ring main unit, with the features of fully sealed, fully insulated, high reliability and maintenance free.

3. Ring main unit installed internal fault arc limiting device to give the maximum protection for personal and equipment.

4. SF6 ring main unit can replace the fuse without any auxiliary tool. When fused, it will send out mechanical signal. The dimension accords with IEC standard, it provide with remote control connector and earth switch interlock. 

5. Mechanical interlock functions are complete (meet the requirements of “five prevention”), simple and reliable, can effectively prevent all kinds of wrong operation.

6. According with GB3906-1991 and GB11022-1999 standards.

7. The dimension of “two incomings and one outgoing”: 1400x900x1630 (width x depth x height).
