4. Installation, operation, maintenance of YBT 13-40.5 KV Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Special European Prefabricated Substation

Users in the post-harvest, for products not installed should be placed in the appropriate places in accordance with normal conditions of use.
Installation
Using the special slings for lifting loads lift the box transformer until the upper surface is flat, then seal the product gap between the base and foundation with cement mortar. Lifting method see the lifting diagram .
b. Sequentially connect the input and output cables and wiring diagram.
Operation
After the installation and maintenance of substations, it should be checked before put into operation as following items:
Check whether the paint is peeling off, and the complete unit is clean inside;
Operating mechanism is flexible;
The main electrical on-off is reliable and correct;
Instrument and mutual inductor's changes and line polarity are correct;
Electrical auxiliary on-off contacts are correct;
All electrical installation fasteners are tightened , electrical installation is solid and reliable;
All buses are well connected;
Electrical setting value meets the requirements. Fuse model specification is correc
Meter and relay are accurate;
Main circuit and auxiliary circuit electrical contacts are in line with the requirements of the electrical schematic;
Control transformer room temperature indicating controller has transferred to the allowed temperature 40 ℃.
b. Closed all the doors can be open.
c. After Closing the 10kV power, Observing the work indicating instrument, and if it's normal, it can put into normal operation.
Maintain
a. All the components of substation are according to their requirements for maintenance;
b. If the transformer is oil-immersed transformer, it should be in accordance with the regulations at least annually once the oil sample analysis when operation. The transformer can hang out from the top;
c. After operation of high voltage switchgear to open up the rear by a set amount, it should check the contact exposure and the consumption level of arc extinction device. If it's abnormal, it should have timely maintenance and replacement;
d. Low-voltage switchgear automatically trip, you should check and analyze the cause of the malfunction. Be ruled out and put into operation only after re-closing;
e. Arrester should be inspected once a year to prevent storm season performance before and after the test.
