(1) The high voltage
switchgear that has been put into operation on the power grid and is in standby state must be inspected regularly. Each unit shall make clear regulations on the time, frequency, and content of the inspection under various duty modes.
(2) The manned substation shall be inspected once before each shift, and the normal inspection shall be no less than 2 times; the lights shall be turned off at night once a week, and the station master shall conduct surveillance inspections once a month.
(3) Unattended substations shall be inspected at least once every two days; no less than twice a month, the lights shall be turned off at night.
(4) Carry out special patrols according to weather, load conditions, health conditions of high voltage
switchgear and other power requirements.
