1.Introduction of 1E grade MNS Series LV Drawable Switchgear

1E grade MNS Series LV Drawable Switchgear (hereafter IE class MNS for short) is improved and developed by our company on basis of original MNS LV complete set switchgear in accordance with environmental condition of nuclear power plant and meet the requirement of IE class LV switchgear of nuclear power plant. It is applied on IE class low voltage power distribution of nuclear power plant, IE class lower voltage load and other important facilities of power supply and control. IE class MNS possess functions of 380/220V electric energy distribution, system supervising protection and power facility or equipment control and protection functions under normal and abnormal condition of nuclear power plant, and can maintain above integrity safety functions under design basis event within service life of installation.
1E grade MNS Series LV Drawable Switchgear is a whole assembling type structure. Its basic framework is assembled by C type material, whose installation hole module number is E=25mm.All stand column of framework is used with C type material mixed structure, with joint between top and bottom of framework connected with strengthen plate. Diagonal brace will be increased at bus room outside at the rear of switchgear to enhance seismic resistance ability of IE class MNS. Framework is of precise size, stable structure and flexible assembly. Whole framework of IE class MNS and parts in switchgear are processed with aluminum zinc coated steel sheet or fine quality cold roll steel sheet(Parts proceeded by cold roll steel sheet should be passivated).All door plate and closing plate are proceed to static spaying by dacromat technology with uniform coating and strong adhesion.
