1. Different features
Dry-type transformer
1) It is safe, fireproof, pollution-free, and can be directly operated in the load center.
2) Adopting domestic advanced technology, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, low partial discharge, good thermal stability, high reliability and long service life.
3) Low loss, low noise, obvious energy saving effect, and maintenance-free.
Wet-type transformer
1) The low-voltage windings of oil-immersed transformers generally adopt a cylindrical structure with copper foil around the shaft, except for the small-capacity copper wire; the high-voltage winding adopts a multilayer cylindrical structure to balance the ampere-turn distribution of the winding and cause leakage Small, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance.
2) The iron core and the winding are each adopted with fastening measures. The fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are equipped with self-locking lock nuts, and the non-suspending structure is adopted, which can withstand the shock of transportation.
3) The coil and iron core are vacuum dried, and the transformer oil is vacuum filtered and oiled to minimize the moisture inside the transformer.
2.the transformer is different
Dry-type transformer
Dry-type transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, terminal CNC machinery equipment and other places. Simply put, dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose cores and windings are not immersed in insulating oil.
Wet-type transformer
Suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, three-phase maximum rated capacity 2500kVA (single-phase maximum rated capacity 833kVA, single-phase transformer is generally not recommended), can be used indoors (outdoor), can be installed in the capacity of 315kVA and below On the pole.
The ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃, not lower than -25℃, the highest daily average temperature is 30℃, the highest annual average temperature is 20℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 90% (ambient temperature is 25℃), and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. If it is inconsistent with the above conditions of use, appropriate quota adjustments should be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB6450-86.
3. the advantages are different
1. Dry-type transformers have better fire performance, and are mostly used in places with higher fire protection requirements, such as hospitals, airports, stations, etc., but they are relatively expensive and have certain requirements on the environment, such as not too humid, There must not be too much dust, dirt, etc. .
2. The operational maturity of dry-type transformers is not as good as that of oil-immersed transformers.
