Maintenance requirements and precautions of high voltage switchgear cabinet

1. Disassembly and maintenance of high voltage switch cabinet, including inspection and maintenance of vacuum circuit breaker, preventive test of primary equipment, replacement and setting of microcomputer relay protector, bus maintenance.

2. Maintenance of high voltage switch cabinet includes maintenance of switch cabinet body, cabinet instrument and indication device, relay protection device and secondary circuit, interlocking device, vacuum circuit breaker, current transformer, overvoltage protector, etc.

3. Rewiring, inspection and testing of secondary circuit of high voltage switchgear, inspection of trolley isolation contact finger, measurement of resistance of opening and closing coil of operating mechanism, cleaning of switchgear.

4. The original parts of the switch cabinet are installed correctly, the wiring is firm, and the watt hour meter, high-voltage live indicator, relay and signal lamp work normally, meeting the relevant regulations.

5. Check whether the mechanical position locking device of the switch cabinet is in good condition, whether the mechanical and electrical devices are reliable, and whether the function of the travel switch is in good condition.

6. Pull out the handcart and check whether the live protective baffle at the rear of the switch cabinet works well and whether the switch cabinet handcart can reset automatically after being pulled out.

7. Check whether the grounding system of the switch cabinet is in good condition and whether the grounding rail of the handcart is in good contact to ensure that the handcart can be pushed and pulled easily.
