Our product 1E Grade Resin Insulation Dry-type Power Transformer special for nuclear plant brought in techniques concerning Euro vacuum thin insulation casting with padding and low voltage foil winding. Main machine: Germany GEORG cutting machine , Stolberg winding machine, Germany HUBERS casting machine, Switzerland ABB- Micafil vacuum casting machine, Italy LAE foil winding machine. The product performance surpass IEC60076,GB1094.11-2007,GB/T10228-2008 standards. pass the aging test equal to 40 years operation life according to relative nuclear safety standards like IEEE323,344.Mounted with enclosure, temperature controller and connected with outgoing busbar ,the transformer with 1E class LV switchgear passed the anti-co-seismic test and electric continuity function test in anti-seismic. The product has features of low losses, small size, light weight, low noise, moisture-proof, dirty resistance, crack resistance, impact-resistance, inflaming retarding, strong over-load capability and low partial discharge.

3. Structure of 1E Grade Resin Insulation Dry-type Power Transformer
(1) Iron core:
1E Grade Resin Insulation Dry-type Power Transformer is made of high-quality grain orientation cold rolled silicon steel sheet, and adopts 45° full-inclined joint structure and five-grade stepping.
(2) Pouring coil:
it adopts F grade insulated copper conductor as the conductor, and adopts glass fiber and epoxy resin composite material for insulation.
(3) Foil type coil:
it is automatically winded by foil type coil winding machine and adopts argon shield technology to perform internal welding.
Cast-foil Coil: Adopting the entire section of copper foil, together with the F-class turn insulation, low voltage winding is wound by the special low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil coil resolves such understanding problems as large short-circuit stress, uneven ampere turn, poor heat dissipation, existing the winding spiral angle as well as unsteady manual welding quality due to low voltage and large current coil winding products. At the same time, the winding end in our company is treated with resin potting, solidification to make shape, moisture-proof and anti-fouling, the lead copper platoon is automatically welded by argon arc welding.
(4)Temperature Control Device: the transformer adopts temperature cntroller and PT 100 temperaure measuring component ,which are embedded in the hottest point of the coils for realizing the temperature measuring and controlling of transformer.It can automatically detect and dynamically display the work humidity of phase coils and also have the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.
4. Features of 1E Grade Resin Insulation Dry-type Power Transformer
(1) Both HV and LV windings adopt copper conductor. Winded by copper or copper foil according to capacity ratings. Glass fiber strengthened, Drying and casting epoxy resin under high vacuum statue, after solidifying, it becomes a firm cylinder, with high mechanical strength, strong ability of short circuit resistance ,high anti-lighting impulse level. Low partial discharge, high reliability, low temperature rise and long service life.
(2) Flame-proof, explosion resistant, no pollution. Adopting high quality epoxy resin and glass fiber compound insulation material, and certain percentage silicon power in epoxy resin, heat conduction co-efficient and flame-proof ability is apparently improved compared with old-type epoxy resin with glass fiber materials. This resin will not produce toxin and harmful gas under high heat.
(3) The windings will not absorb moisture. The core clamp is coated with special anti-corrosive material. It can work under severe conditions. It is not necessary to do a moist-release-treatment on interval running.
(4) Good heat dispersion due to thin resin coated on windings .The normal cooling way is air cooling(AN).Any protection level transformer could be fitted with fan cooling system(AF) improve short-time overload ability and ensure safety operation.
(5) The core adopts high permeability alloy low losses cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet,45°full tapered unwelded joint, step assembly, low losses, low noise, economic operation ,energy saving, maintenance free.
