◆After on-load operation for 24 hours(with 2 hours full-load), if the 110kV Three Phase Oil Immersed Power Transformer has no abnormal status, it can be put into operation.
◆A new 110kV Three Phase Oil Immersed Power Transformer has to be tested by gathering its oil sample for 5 times in its first operating month. The oil should be filtered if the withstand voltage value decreases too quickly. cover lifting check must be carried out if there are carbide in oil.
◆Normal operation & maintenance of 110 kV Three Phase Oil Immersed Power Transformers
◆Operation and maintenance should follow the《Operation Regulations of Power Transformer》of DL/T572-95 and the related stipulations from the Power Department.
◆At present, the 110 kV Three Phase Oil Immersed Power Transformers technology of our company adopted is the advanced technology in domestic. The transformer oil tank which adopt this technology can be taken as fully sealed structure and insure the service life of transformer belong to 30 years, maintenance-free.
