1.Introduction of KYT1 (KYN61)-40.5 kV Movable-type AC Metal-clad Switchgear

KYT1 (KYN61)-40.5 kV Movable-type AC Metal-clad Switchgear (hereinafter as “KYN61”) is 40.5kV three phase AC 50Hz distribution device and fitted with single busbar and double system. It is mainly applicable for power transmission and distribution in electric substation and mine enterprise to control, protect and monitor the circuit.
The main breaker is fitted with ZN85-40.5 or VD4-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker, Schneider SF serial, Alston FP serial SF6 circuit breaker with compact structure, superior performance and high reliability.

B. Ambient humidity:
●Daily average RH less than 95%;
●Monthly average RH less than 90%
C. Altitude no higher than 1000m;
D. Seismic vibration shall not exceed 8 degree
The air around without any pollution of duty, smoke, erode or flammable air, steam or salty fog;

If the product is used at the condition not specified above, the consolations shall be done by both customer and manufacturer.

4. Features of KYT1 (KYN61)-40.5 kV Movable-type AC Metal-clad Switchgear

a. Cubicle structure is an assembly type, circuit breaker adopts handcart floor type structure.
b. KYT1 (KYN61)-40.5 kV Movable-type AC Metal-clad Switchgear matches with new type compound insulating vacuum circuit breaker, and has the advantages of good interchangeability and easy change.
c. Handcart is equipped with feed screw nut feed mechanism which makes movement of the handcart easy and prevent maloperation from damaging feed mechanism.
d. All operations will be done under the closed doors.
e. Interlockings of main switch, handcart, and between cubicles adopt coerciveness mechanical interlock, which meets the requirements of “five-prevention” function.
f. There is abundant space in cable room to connect many cables.
g. The enclosure is IP4X which will be changed to IP2X when doors of handcart are opened.

5. Transportation and storage

The following must be noted during the transportation and storage for KYT1 (KYN61)-40.5 kV Movable-type AC Metal-clad Switchgear
a)Seriously forbid turnover, upset, intense shake, and avoid accessing water resource;
b)Keep from rain to avoid moist;
c)Forbid disassembly the parts and components willingly.
